Two things she said stuck out to me... 1. I love how she said, even after 28 yrs together, he still treats her as his girl. Love that! 2. I love that she recognizes that he shows his love through his honesty and support. A lot of people cannot handle someone who is straightforward and honest. I appreciate she sees that his honesty is not meant to hurt or criticize her and that he wants to help her because he wants her to be able to be her best self. To me, nothing feels worse than comforting myself with lies or being left to put out fires I did not start. People like that bring out the harshness, guarded side of my personality and I don't like that girl very much.

Just before this video I watched a man speaking about his NDE and he was just saying exactly this: that there is no joy in having all the knowledge in the world but what’s most exciting is finding out that knowledge and experiencing it (about losing yourself and finding yourself), wow that makes so much sense and it relieves us so much because we want to have it all and know it all but to understand that the most important thing lies in the pursuit and the obtaining of that knowledge and the experience is amazing!

I have 100% gratitude, respect and appreciation for Dr. Kruse. My only regret is I wish I’d have found him 20 years ago, not 20 months ago. But still better than never finding him at all. A treasure of a human.🖖🏽

I need help here to make sure I didn't misunderstand or am misremembering what Mr. Grant stated at the beginning and then at the end of this interview. I thought at the start he said he wasn't into mushrooms but that psilocybin was (is?) what works best for him ... That he had only discovered psychadelics only a couple of years prior. Ok. - Then, at the end he said he does use mushrooms micro dosing, mainly on weekends and totally joined with the podcast host in his enjoyment and appreciation of them.
